Step 2.Open iTunes Backup and scan the iTunes backup file.

Under Toolkit, go to Common Functions and click the iTunes Backups icon. If you have synced different iOS devices with iTunes before, there will be more than one backup files displayed. Just choose the one for your iPhone.

Step 3.Choose data to export to PC.
